My Story
in 2010, I was invited to my first Scentsy Party., I started flipping through the catalog and immediately found the warmer I wanted! Scentsy’s cause warmer, the Autism piece by piece warmer. My son was diagnosed when he was 3 years old, and a portion of the sales went back to autism awareness, so I felt great helping support the cause!
I still remember my first 3 pack of wax I chose! lucky in love, white tea and cactus and sweet pea and vanilla. I had 2 little boys in diapers and 2 dogs! (The STINK needed to get covered up sometimes lol)
I was so happy when the warmer and wax arrived!
I put the warmer out of their reach and tossed all of my candles! This wax and warmer thing made my house smell incredible- no more dog and diapers - smell! 🙌🏻
As soon as I was out of wax, I had to restock and get more. I knew my friend sold it! So bam- she was my consultant! I reordered from her- (several times)- and the more I raved about my new scentsy to other friends, they started placing orders through me to get to my consultant. Before long, I started to put in huge orders w my consultant every couple months. She asked me to join a few times and I said NO WAY- I’m too busy with 2 little kids- I told her I just didn’t have the time.
Then, in 2014, my marriage went rocky, and all of a sudden I was doing my best to support me and my boys. It wasnt easy to manage bills and groceries- all the everyday stuff - I called my consultant friend, and said-
im ready to join- I need to make more money - I want to put ______ in horseback riding lessons and ______ in soccer!
I’ve been a consultant since 2014 and LOVE every single scentsy moment! My sponsor saw the love I had for scentsy and encouraged me to go after my goals. Since then, I sill get excited about my shipments coming in, i've earned several awards, free all expenses paid incentive trips, I've built a team, I have incredibly supportive customers, my rockstar team that has joined me on this journey is fantastic, and I have my family's support (husband included) we worked things out ;) -I can't imagine my life any other way!
10 years later.... Im no longer paying for horseback riding lessons and soccer- but I am definitely blessed with this extra income- it really does help.
I truly feel like this is what I was meant to do!
